David planted his citrus trees in about 2003 as a screen to block an unsightly new neighbor: a Walgreens Pharmacy.  Since then, he has “Citrus coming out of [his] ears,” and comes to the market to make a little money, socialize and share his harvest with Houstonians.  He is at the market during citrus season in the winter months.
