Donate to Urban Harvest

 

The donations of our supporters play a vital role in making it possible to provide our programs supporting community gardening, gardens in schools, our market and organic education. Your contribution is appreciated. To make a donation, you have the option of becoming a member or simply making a donation. You may donate in the following ways:

 

1. Donate through the mail: Mail your donation to Urban Harvest, P.O. Box 980460, Houston, 77098. If you would like your donation to include a membership, please use our printable membership form.

 

2. Donate online: You may use our online membership subscription process to donate. Choose a membership level in accordance with the amount you wish to donate; an "other" field is available if you would like to write in a custom amount. After completing the online form and submitting credit card information, send an e-mail to and indicate that your contribution was a one-time donation and not a membership, so that we may process it accordingly.

 

3. Donate in memoriam: We thank you for your contributions in honor of a deceased family member or friend. To donate in memoriam, follow the instructions in #1 or #2 for donation, and include in your communication information about whom the donation is in memoriam for.

 

Donations of Materials and Professional Services

 

We periodically receive generous offers of donations of various types of materials, including gardening supplies, office and teaching supplies. We have also benefitted from the donation of professional services including database assistance, class instruction and desktop publishing.
