Description
Ronald McDonald House is a home away from home for seriously ill children. The Houston location, in the Texas Medical Center area, provides a therapeutic outdoor environment including flower gardens, an herb garden and native Texas plants. The garden has a regular group of four volunteers, and they are seeking additional volunteers who would like to help maintain this garden. If you would like to help but are not available Friday mornings, the head volunteer can be flexible in meeting with you at another time.
Skills & Experience Needed
Beginners are welcome. As the garden is near recreation areas for patients and their families, volunteers need to be courteous while they are gardening.

The Ronald McDonald House is located at 1907 Holcombe in the Texas Medical Center.
