Description
The finance committee volunteers work with our business manager and executive director to create our yearly budget. This committee oversees budget reports and provides financial advice and reports to staff and the Board of Directors. It develops Urban Harvest's budget based on previous experience. The committee monitors how well income and expenses balance. They also analyze plans for program expansion and suggest the costs of implementation.
Skills & Experience Needed
Volunteers with experience in finance or accounting are needed.
Location
Our meetings are in the Urban Harvest office.
