“We grow fresh, local sustainably grown vegetables.  We utilize horse power for some of the work and soon we will be plowing exclusively with horse power.  We experiment with new varieties of fruits and vegetables.  We save seeds and have a network of friends in Kentucky and Texas that save heirloom seeds, so every year we grow a few new varieties.  Our farm is a self sustainable project, located in Hempstead.  Most of our fruits are grown from seed, cutting and/or grafting on site.  Most of the vegetables are seeded at the farm from seed we collected.”
Laughing Frog Farm is at the market sporadically, all year.
