Description
Our Cornich Cross chickens live in a pastured area which contribues to healty growth and superior taste. Pasturing also ensures that the birds are grown without damaging substances. All of our chickens are processed at a privately owned USDA approved processing facility that is family owned and operated and practices hand processing (versus purely mechanical) to insure the highest quality. Our chicken sales are mainly to independent high-end restaurants, hotels and a few private country clubs in and around the city of Houston.
