Description

We make preservative-free handmade bread using white, wheat and rye flour. Selections are available in cheddar, jalapeño, walnut, rosemary and other herbed varieties. Rice flour and other customized selections are available for the gluten or lactose sensitive. Our pesto bread as well as our black & green olive loaves have become popular with our regular clients. For the sweet tooth, using all natural, preservative-free locally available ingredients (where possible) we offer zucchini, banana, cranberry, apricot, coconut and (in season) blueberry bread. Special needs or special order requests can be handled in person, telephone, or e-mail.
