Description
Nick uses Fontana Coffee to make gourmet coffee drinks, and uses local ingredients fresh from the market to make the smoothies.  His specialty drinks will be based on availability of ingredients at the market.  When Nick is not is not working at farmers markets, he does catering and events in the Houston area.  His slogan is, “If it’s not Grizzaffi, it’s not coffee.”
