Description
Katz Coffee is a local roasting house in the Heights preparing coffees from around the world. More than ten varieties of coffee are sold at the Bayou City Farmers Market.  Many of these coffees are fair-trade certified. Three varieties are certified shade-grown, a bird-friendly practice that results in a higher quality coffee bean. Their beans include varieties from Guatemala, Ethiopia, Mexico, Sumatra, and Peru.
