Companion planting in gardening is the planting of different crops in close proximity for pest control, pollination, providing habitat for beneficial insects, maximizing use of space, and to otherwise increase crop productivity. Join Angela chandler in the exploration of planting how to’s with guidelines, best practices and which plants in the garden are best neighbors to increase your garden productivity.
PRESENTER: Angela Chandler is a life-long hobby gardener. Angela holds Specialist Certifications in Plant Propagation, Entomology, Rainwater Harvesting, and Greenhouse Management. She teaches Urban Harvest monthly classes in varying subjects from Basic Organic Gardening, Basic Fruit Tree Care to Low Volume Irrigation and Bokashi Composting
