To celebrate Hispanic Heritage month, we are delighted to have Pilar Hernandez present in the garden to share seasonal and fresh from the garden featured recipes. This class is held in the school garden at Gregory-Lincoln Education Center
Pilar Hernandez is a cookbook writer and passionate urban farmer. Since 2008, she has led a donation garden and a school garden in Southwest Houston. Pilar grows more than 1,500 pounds of vegetables a year in a sustainable way. Pilar also serves on the board of directors for Urban Harvest.
If you cannot attend the class as scheduled, there are no refunds or substitutions. Class recording will be sent to participants as available.
Registration will close 24 hours prior to classes Monday - Saturday and 48 hours before all Sunday classes.
