How to make juice and smoothies at home using local/seasonal produce such as citrus, collards, herbs, moringa, sweet potatoes, strawberries will be demonstrated.

Presenter: Gretchen aka the Juice Girl has been juicing since 1991 and Juice Girl has been in business since 2010. Gretchen started making juices at the Saturday Urban Harvest Farmers Market May of 2010!
