This class is for newer gardeners. We will demonstrate through a mix of videos and photos of the top down soil building of using compost, slow release fertilizer and mulch, as well as planting seeds and transplants.

The foundation for growing healthy, nutrient dense vegetables is healthy soil - structure, chemistry and supporting microscopic soil organisms. The basics of growing vegetables will be covered in the presentation, with the handout providing what vegetable varieties to plant in the spring gardens.

Zoom class invitation and presentation links will be emailed to you a couple of days before the class date.  There are no refunds, substitutions or recordings if you cannot attend a live class for which you signed up.
