SATURDAY MARCH 16TH 10 - 11:30 AM
Is there anything more intimidating and yet more satisfying in the garden than growing your own plants from seed? Growing from seed allows you to grow the plant varieties you want and get a head start on transplants for the garden. Students will learn how to plant and take care of seedlings as they grow: how to thin, fertilize, water, upsize, and transplant.
Sharon Stinson is the Classes Coordinator at Urban Harvest. She is also a Master Gardener graduate with her Growing Organic Vegetables Certification, who promises to finish her 100-hour Permaculture Certification soon. She is an avid gardener and seed starter, growing seedlings for Urban Harvest HUB Distributions. You will find her every hour of the day and night playing with plants in her garden. Follow her @sharon.grows on Instagram.
If you cannot attend the class as scheduled, there are no refunds or substitutions.
Registration will close 24 hours prior to most classes and 48 hours before all Sunday classes.
(After registration you will receive two emails, one is a receipt and the other will be sent 3 days prior to the class with event details that include location, parking and contact information. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for questions)
