Pat Greer has been creating plant-based/vegan food delights in the Houston area for 20+ years now. Co-founder of Central City Co-op, Urban Harvest Farmers Market vendor, delighted mother and grandmother, and a chronic up-cycler, Pat started making raw meals and dehydrating Krackers out of the abundant organic produce from the Co-op and farmers markets. Her Spicy Flax Krackers won the Gold Medal Award from the Gallo Family Vineyards in the Best Bread and Baked Goods division. Pat walks the talk.
