PEOPLE : Ross and I, and intermittently our four children.
ABOUT: We are a family farm, raising grass fed beef and heritage pork. We also have leaf lard, pickled jalapeños and soaps made from the fat of the cows and pigs. Cattle have been on this farm since Ross’ grandparents bought the farm in the 1950’s. We wanted to continue the tradition while making the farm sustainable both environmentally and financially.
FUN FACT: Ross sings a song to each animal before we take it to the processor.
