MISSION: Our mission is to restore the cultural value of maíz, and its nutritional value in Houston, Texas by showcasing the diversity of heirloom corn, from different landscapes and purveyors of Mexico via masa products like tortillas.
ABOUT: In operation since March 2019, we have dreams to open a fine-dining Mexican restaurant. As with many businesses, we have shifted gears due to the pandemic. Our Molinería “TATEMÓ” identity will purely revolve around corn, without additives or colorants. A technique that represents Mexican culture and its traditional cuisine.
FUN FACT: We currently feature over 15 varieties of native heirloom seeds.
